• User-Generated Content: Words you manually add through the input feature, custom word lists, favorites, and hidden words (stored locally on your device)
• User Preferences: Selected native language (Turkish/English), interface language, daily goals, notification settings, and app preferences (stored locally on your device)
• Feedback: If you contact us through the in-app feedback feature, we collect your email address (optional) and message content

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

The app automatically collects the following information:

• Device Information: Device identifier (UUID) for analytics and app functionality. This identifier is unique to your device and cannot be used to identify you personally
• Learning Analytics: Practice patterns, feature usage, success rates, streak information, achievement progress, level/XP data, and performance metrics (collected anonymously for service improvement)
• App Performance Data: Crash reports, error logs, and performance metrics to improve app stability
• Firebase Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including app events, screen views, user interactions, and feature usage patterns. This data helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve our services. Firebase Analytics collects device identifiers, app version, language settings, and interaction events. • Progress Tracking: To track your learning progress, streaks, achievements, levels, XP, and statistics
• Gamification Features: To manage your streaks, achievements, badges, records, milestones, and level progression

• Local Storage: Your learning data, progress, words, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Core Data (iOS native database). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it
• Backend Storage: If applicable, transaction information and subscription status are stored securely on our backend servers
• Encryption: All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS
• Access Control: Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• No Cloud Sync: Your learning progress and words are stored only on your device. We do not sync your data to cloud servers

3.1 Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Learning Data: Retained locally on your device until you delete the app or request deletion
• Progress Data: Retained locally on your device. You can reset your progress through app settings
• Transaction Data: If applicable, retained on our servers for as long as necessary to provide subscription services and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records)
• Feedback Data: Retained for 1 year after your last contact, unless you request earlier deletion
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement

• Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request. You can also delete the app and all local data will be removed from your device immediately
• Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting us
• Progress Reset: You can reset your learning progress, statistics, and achievements through app settings
• Subscription Management: If applicable, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
• Opt-Out: You can disable notifications and analytics features through app settings
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by contacting us or deleting the app

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
